LPHS Boosters Shipping and Returns PolicyLP Booster Club Internet Order Payment Options:When placing an order at LPHSBoosters.org or by phone, you may use MasterCard, Visa and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders as payment. Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, LP Boosters will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. Order Returns/Exchanges:Our Spirit Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it unused within 30 days for replacement or refund (less the original shipping and handling). To return/exchange an item, please e-mail sales@lphsboosters.org 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please be sure your order number is in the subject line and describe in the body of your e-mail what item(s) you would like to return or exchange and a contact phone number. If you do not have your packing slip, please note that you will be credited the current price of the item and issued an LPHS Booster Spirit Wear credit for the amount. Shipping is not refunded. Occasionally, due to high demand, we are unable to fill orders from inventory. If we do not have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, you will be contacted by our staff. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. When shopping, the sizes and color currently available for each item will be listed in the drop-down menus for you to select and add to your shopping bag. For order inquiries, please contact sales@lphsboosters.org. By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed. This may result in an unavailable item being listed as available. We will send you an e-mail if this happens to your order. If an item is listed as back-ordered, the item is currently not available for shipping, but will ship as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for the item until it ships. If the item ships separately from the original order, you will not be charged for shipping a second time. You have the option of canceling a back-ordered item any time before it ships.
